Hi there. I started writing this around 2016 somewhere and didn’t get very far. Then in April 11, 2017 I was diagnosed with heart trouble. I first had angina in 2007 at age 60 and had 3 stents. See my blog article for more details. Then in about Nov 2017 I felt God strongly encourage me to resume my book through a Graham Cooke video. Now I have finally got my website up.

Its early days. My intention is to write blogs to put the material out there, test reactions, refine my facts, and morph it into a book. I am basically a McDougall vegetarian, modified by keeping animal protein under 5% as in the China Study by Dr T Colin Campbell. I want to add in a Christian spiritual aspect, hence the name My Grace Diet. Watch out for my next few blogs on “What is Grace"“ and “Eating With Grace” Meanwhile, think of the diet as a variant of WFPBNO - Whole Foods Plant Based No Oil. Blessings, Murray
